Brownie Pudding



dengan kekangan masa, sempat lagi jeling-jeling rancangan masak kat tv

dengan niat kendurkan urat lepas balik keje, baring-baring 5-6 minit. channel pujaan mesti le 703, 707 dan 727. kadang-kadang en. suami pun terus pasang channel ni. heheheheh, berjangkit le tu

sempat capai kertas untuk salin resepi senang ni. dah emergency, aku tulis resepi atas brochure hapa ntah. lepas berjaya buat, aku selit le tepi microwave

en. suami yang memang pegang kontrak kemas dapur pegi buang pulak brochure tu. nyampah tau 




terbayang-bayang kesedapan brownies ni

tiga empat kali jugak aku buat sebab along suka. kadang-kadang aku letak aiskrim, kadang-kadang letak whipping cream

dari rancangan afc, ina garten


Ingredients:
  • ½ lb. (2 sticks) unsalted butter, plus extra for greasing the dish 125 gram buttercup
  • 4 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 2 cups sugar manis gile, kurangkan pada 1 1/2 cawan je
  • ¾ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour aku guna tepung biasa je
  • 1 vanilla bean, split lengthwise guna esen vanilla je
Directions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 325˚ F.  Lightly butter a 2-quart oval baking dish.  Melt the 2 sticks of butter and set aside to cool.
  2. In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, combine the eggs and sugar.  Beat together on medium-high speed until thick and light yellow in color.
  3. Meanwhile, combine the flour and cocoa powder in a medium bowl and whisk together until blended.
  4. When the eggs and sugar are finished mixing, scrape the seeds from the vanilla bean into the mixing bowl.  Add the flour-cocoa powder mixture to the bowl as well.  Mix on low speed just until combined.
  5. With the mixer still on low, slowly pour the melted butter and mix again just until combined.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.  Place the baking dish in a larger baking pan.  Add very hot tap water to the outer baking pan to create a water bath, coming halfway up the side of the baking dish.
  7. Bake for 60 minutes.  The center will appear very under-baked, that is the way the dessert should be.  Allow to cool slightly before serving with ice cream.

kiranya macam volcano cake jugak la (betul ke istilah????... lebih kurang la)




kot kalau ada tetamu nak datang dalam masa satu setengah jam, boleh le buat brownies ni

bahan-bahan dia aku rasa kebanyakan rumah pun ada. kalau dah habis pun, kat kedai runcit biasa pun boleh carik

    boleh ralit tengok diorang masak.. lagi lagi kalau Anna Olsen ngan Chef Michael tuh besh sebab dia ngajar lagi..
